Did I get results? Sure. But at what cost?
I was constantly obsessing over macros, avoiding carbs and fats like the plague, and feeling trapped in a cycle of guilt and cravings.
My diet boiled down to one miserable routine: chicken and rice, every meal, every day.
Just thinking about it now gives me PTSD.

Then the pandemic hit. Lockdowns gave me the one thing I hadn’t had before: time.
With gyms closed and no excuses left, I set out to answer one question:
